Proxy Form

If you will be picking up a Thanksgiving Meal box for someone other than yourself or someone else will be picking one up for you, please complete and bring with you a proxy form. The form can be downloaded from these links: English or Español

Pickup Location

This year’s meal pickup will be at the Community building at the Monroe County Fairgrounds – 5700 W Airport Road – Bloomington, IN 47403

Other Changes for 2026

  • Due to popular demand, we are adding a ‘Lasagna Kit’ protein option.
  • We will still have our normal Saturday food distribution on Saturday November 21st.
  • This year, we are again offing a Hybrid system for Thanksgiving Boxes:
    • You can choose the prepacked method, which will be picked up in a Drive thru style. You will still get a meat choice, however everything else is prepacked. If you receive Items you don’t want or need please return them to Pantry 279 at our regular location.
    • You can park and come in to the Community building and choose everything for your box. This way you don’t have to take anything you don’t want or can’t use. We will have volunteers to help carry your box and help you to your car.
  • Remember, it’s one or the other, not both. If you try to do both, you will not be allowed to use the Thanksgiving program again. We have thousands to feed, and need every bit of food to do it.
  • We continue to offer delivery for as many families as we can for those who are home-bound due to illness, disability, or lack of transportation. Delivery option is available for HOMEBOUND people only. You MUST be home to receive and sign for the delivery. We cannot leave a delivery unattended. ALL DELIVERY WILL BE DONE ON THURSDAY 11/19, it will take all day and we will not know an exact time. We can’t guarantee that we will be able to honor all delivery requests; but we will do our best to honor as many as possible.
    • Delivery covers only Morgan, Monroe, Greene, Owen, and Lawrence counties.
    • Deliveries will be done all day on Thursday Nov 19th.
    • You must be home to sign for and accept the food when it is delivered.
    • No deliveries will be left at the door, on the porch, etc.
    • There will be no re-deliveries
