At the end of a particularly stressful day, it always renews my faith in humanity to come home to Amazon boxes all over my front porch! Thank you so much to all of you who have been sending items from our Amazon list! Today was MRE's and tea! Yesterday was canned meat, diapers, and wipes. Such a huge help!

Big News! This Fri and Sat March 13 and 14th, Speedway ( the one next to us 3585 IN-46, Bloomington, IN 47404 ) is having whole pizza on special for $3.14. You can also buy some to donate to the Pantry and they will bring them over to us. No limit! These are frozen pizzas and could really help our mostly empty freezers. Huge thank you to Rice's and all of their customers for 409 lbs of Rice's Quality Meats meats!! This is a huge help in this time in historyWe want to thank everyone that came and shopped during our Pantry 279 meat drive. With the sales totals that we had for that time period, we were able to donate 409 pounds of ground pork to Pantry 279!

The lovely ladies from SCCAP will be tabling at Pantry tomorrow ( Tues 3/10 ) to help with Energy Assistance. If you need energy assistance, have questions, or anything you would like to talk to them about, please come by the Pantry 1:30-4. You do not have to get food to talk to them. Please share!

What an incredible showdown at this year’s Battle of the Badges! A huge congratulations to Team Fire on an outstanding win. It was a hard-fought game from start to finish, and both teams brought the energy, determination, and competitive spirit that make this event such a great tradition for our community.
The rivalry between Police and Fire is alive and stronger than ever, and that’s exactly what makes this game so exciting year after year. We appreciate everyone who came out to cheer, support, and be part of the fun.
For now, the trophy proudly resides at the Ellettsville Fire Department.
