Wed Dec 17 is our ELF shopping day! This is the day we elves dress in our finest Christmas clothing and hit the stores to buy things for extra toy day to help the 1500+ kids who didn't make any list. It really is the Last possibility for families in need who didn't get on with any other gifting program, including ours, to get some gifts for under the tree. We are using money donated from YOU to do this. Right now that's about $3500 we have left over after buying for several families that needed a match. But YOU can make that total larger AND watch us do it all as we do this via Facebook live! You can even make comments and ask questions! We will be at 5 Below at 7pm! FINALLY, the EXTRA TOY day announcement! For families on the waiting list OR families who have children 0-18 ( as log as still in High School ) whoare NOT on any other gifting programs list, you can come on Saturday Dec 20 to the Monroe County Fairgrounds 4H building fro 9-4 to choose from the extra toy room! You will need Your ID AND the proof of child which can be a birth certificate, military ID, Dr record or school record, anything with the birthdate and child's name on it. WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.
What do we need We need toys or teen items! Money can also be donated for our shopping trip Wed night which will be filmed and on Facebook live. Please bring toys, blankets, and teen items to the 4H building at the fairgrounds today thru Fri 12-6! Please share!!

You DID it!!! ALL families on the list are now matched! 497 Santas from 8 states and 2 other countries too!! 1597 Children + 7 more we took on as a favor. WOW!!! Thank you everyone! Now we move on to the next stage: Extra toy Day and emergency Santas in case something happens.

We try not to break up families as children count gifts. This is a great thing to do for a family, group, work place, or organization. Porch drop, ship direct or bringing to fairgrounds are all options. Please remember to CONFIRM your match when you receive it!

Today is the day ELF dispatch leaves the pantry for our HQ at the 4H Building at the fairgrounds. We will be there all week 12-6ish. Sanats can begin bringing gifts if they are NOT porch drop or ship direct. Toys for extra toy day can be brought. Monetary donations for our remaining 12 families OR for our extra toy day shopping can be brought.
Things we can use: COFFEE ( vanilla or hazelnut strong preferred)
Christmas cookies for our cookie bar
Snacks or food for elves as we don't get to leave HQ much,
Water for thirsty elves
Wrapping paper
And helpers of course!
