Elf helpers!! Grab your laptop, or we have 3 you can use, and come help us get the Santas their matches!! We will be at Pantry 279 Thurs, Fri, and Sat 12-5 or later. Santas wishing to choose their own matches are able to come by and pick from the big red book of children. Don't want to shop, but want to help? *****Incoming ELF Dispatch Update!*****
At this time we have 568 ( 1597 children ) families who have signed up and been verified. We have about 40ish more that have signed up and have NOT verified because they didn't send proof of child or the wrong thing, Bunny Elf Steph is working on contacting you about that. We DO have a waiting list, just email elf-dispatch@pantry279.org and send Parent name, phone number, and names of children. If we get a space due to cancelation, double dipping, or failure to verify, we will contact you. ONLY that email, please do not email our regular one. ALL Parent/child forms just finished printing! We now are starting to print the Santa sign ups. Then we alphabetize and number all of these forms. After that matching happens. Please be patient, Parents and Santas! We have had 3 cancelations and already contacted 3 families and signed them up. Our Head Elf and Bunny Elf Steph are working pretty much round the clock. HELPER ELVES! We start typing Wed afternoon around 2! Bring your laptops and coffee!

I know today has been very overwhelming, it is more overwhelming for us! We had put up a post holding things until tomorrow, but then we got the site working. Thus took that post down. However, right this very second we have almost 1000 people trying to log on. They site can't handle that kind of traffic. So, it is down again, until things calm down. It will come back up, and we will get people signed up. I understand we are the only ones that take teens, and I understand we are the last program to open when all of the other are full. We've got you, but you must calm down. Even if you do not get signed up, we have extra toy day for those who don't make the list. Breathe....
