UPDATE: Thanks to our very generous community, we now have the freezer ordered and on the way and enough to replace the meat we lost! Thank you everyone!!
Sadly, over the short holiday break, our old commercial freezer, died. It is old and parts are expensive if you can even find them. We lost about $1700 in meat too, but the freezer is more important. The pictured link is what we need to replace it. we are not asking for any place to donate this big ticket of an item, but if we could get enough smaller donations, we could get it. While most charities are able to build up donations during Christmas, we use our Christmas giving time to provide extra food and ch8ildren's gifts thru ELF. It's a wrap!! The Head Elf and her helpers have returned to the North Pole for a good rest. Huge Thank You to the outstanding 491 Santas, from 5 states and 3 countries, and countless local families, organizations, and local clubs and businesses helped get gifts and extra toys and teen items for a final count of 2433 children!!
