"Hello friends! We are looking for a delivery volunteer to help us next week, as well as regularly with our Lawrence County delivery route. Our small van is getting wrapped (with a big reveal coming soon!) and as such we need someone to run an 8-12 stop route in Lawrence County next Wednesday, the 7th. Additionally we have a consistent need for drivers to run our weekly Lawrence County route. Hello all! Unfortunately, due to low participation we are cancelling the listening session tomorrow. We understand an extra trip to the Pantry can be hard for people right now with high gas prices, but we are glad that the offering of letters earlier this Summer was successful. We plan to continue to engage our community in opportunities to express our needs and advocate for essential social programs. We called on Representative Houchin to visit the Pantry and hope to meet with her staffers soon. The people who represent us should understand the great unmet need made by cuts to social services.
