A huge thank you to Safelite of Bloomington (www.safelite.com/stores/Bloomington-IN?utm_source=yext&utm_medium=list&utm_campaign=local&y_sourc...) for replacing the broken windshield on our van. What could have cost us around $1,800 ended up being only a tiny fraction of that because of their generosity and kindness.
This van is so important to our family and our work — it’s how we make deliveries now, and soon it will also help support a children’s summer food program in our community.
We are beyond grateful for businesses that truly care and make a difference when families need it most. Thank you again for helping keep us safely on the road ❤️

As well as our Children's Summer food program, Community Kitchen sends their food truck out to help feed children during the summer. They have already prepared meals! This is their schedule. You are very welcome, and it is recommended, to take advantage of BOTH programs!

As gardening season starts to be in full swing, one of our MOST requested items, that we rarely have, is Rhubarb! Especially among our senior guests, Rhubarb is a special treat. If anyone has extra rhubarb, or any home grown veggie/fruit that they just have too much being produced, we CAN and will happily take these items for our guests in need. Farm to Family also continues to bring us fresh produce on Saturdays after 2pm.
