Our FINAL day open this week, and last chance to get your Thanksgiving food, is WEDNESDAY 11/26! We are open 3-6. YES you can get your regular food AND Thanksgiving, provided you have not already picked up your Thanksgiving.
NO you do NOT need to be signed up to get Thanksgiving at this time! We still have Turkey, Ham, Chicken fresh from Butcher's Block, Lasagna Kits, and Vegan Tofurky! We have lots of amazing food thanks to our very generous community!
Saturday is your day? We are CLOSED this Sat, so Sat people can come in on Wed!
Will it be crazy? A little bit, but worth it.
Are we tired? YES, oh yes, but satisfied that everyone is getting lots of great food.

Missed Thanksgiving Sign up? Didn't pick up your box? Just need Thanksgiving food? We have all the extras back at the Pantry and available Mon-Wed during Regular Hours. Mon & Wed 3-6, Tues 1:30 - 4 for seniors, 4-6 for all. While supplies last.
Can you still pick up your regular weekly food? YES, you can just pick up regular food OR both, as long as you have not already picked up Thanksgiving food.
Your pick up day is Saturday, BUT we are CLOSED this Sat for holidays, what can you do?? You can come Tues or Wed to replace you Saturday.

*****Incoming SECRET ELF Dispatch Communication***** Even though Thanksgiving is not over, the Head ELF has become aware of parents thinking she will not come to the Pantry this year. ELF Dispatch ALWAYS goes live the Monday after Thanksgiving, this year that is Dec 1. It will go live sometime around 1pm that afternoon on our webpage www.pantry279.org. Nothing will be on that page until that day. Last year we did hit over 1500 children in 6 hours and had to close to parents. Santa sign up always stays open until all children are matched. To help you prepare this year, We will be requiring proof of child at sign up and you will not be able to submit until the documents are uploaded. These can be a birth certificate, Military Family ID, Dr or School records, court records. Something with the child's name and birthday on it. Remember!!! A child may only be signed up 1 time and not with any other agencies. Both Mom and Grandma can NOT sign up for the same child. You can't be on the list with any other programs, and yes we do cross check. There are many children, please play fair so everyone has a chance to get gifts. There are a few other small changes, but this info will help you be prepared. Please have your child write a letter to Santa or have a conversation with them about what they want and what they are into, the more info the head ELF has, the better match she can make. Do not crash the site! If the site is overwhelmed, go take a breather and come back in 20 -30 min and try again. We will not be answering questions after this messages, as it is secret and we are not supposed to be leaking information, please don't ask.
