Today is the day ELF dispatch leaves the pantry for our HQ at the 4H Building at the fairgrounds. We will be there all week 12-6ish. Sanats can begin bringing gifts if they are NOT porch drop or ship direct. Toys for extra toy day can be brought. Monetary donations for our remaining 12 families OR for our extra toy day shopping can be brought.
Things we can use: COFFEE ( vanilla or hazelnut strong preferred)
Christmas cookies for our cookie bar
Snacks or food for elves as we don't get to leave HQ much,
Water for thirsty elves
Wrapping paper
And helpers of course!

Down to 35 Families!! 24 have 3 children and 11 have 2 children.
Thank ou to all the Santas who have signed up so far. Santas can be from anywhere in the wold! We currently have one from France and the UK, as well as 8 other states! Here was a message we received today from a parent:
XXX's Santa contacted me today and I wanted to confirm that with you.
They are planning to deliver the gifts to our house on the 22nd.
Thank you so much! This has been a tough year and I am so relieved that XXXX will have gifts to open on Christmas Day!

Mid day UPDATE!
We are down to 50 FAMILIES! All have either 2 or 3 children. Thats 136 children left! We are here typing matches and have had a few Santas stop by and choose a match as well! If you can adopt a family or 2 OR 3 children, or a few families of 2 or 3 children. Please come by or send us an app and we will match you!

Roads are Good, so we will be at Pantry today for donations and any volunteer elves 12-6 maybe later We only have 7 new Santas to send matches to, but we can also start calling parents and checking on Santas whom has not confirmed. If you can sponsor a family or 2 or 3 children, please sign up! We can get you a match very fast today! You can even stop by and choose a family! ELF UPDATE! I made a big mistake. Apparently, sleep IS important, because i messed up last night and posted the number of FAMILIES NOT Children that still needed matched. SO, today we finished sending out ALL matches with the Santas we have, PLEASE remember to confirm!! And I shopped for the rest of the larger families with the generous monetary donations people have been bringing. BUT we we have 185 children left. 40 families of 3, 29 families of 2, and 6 families of 1. If you can Santa for any of these families, especially the families of 3 and 2.
