Let's talk about Saturday!! This Saturday has several things happening and we are SO understaffed! First, if you can please come help even for a couple of hours 11-4 ( 1-4 being the most needed ) please come! As we will be closed July 4th, we will be busy, plus it's the end of the month and everyone's money/SNAP has run out. We have lots of food to give and will be doing larger amounts to help get people stocked up. Plus, the Ellettsville Children's Summer Food location is at the Pantry as well ( and yes, it too will be closed July 4 ). If you have children, need food, and have proof of those children ( a birth Certificate, something with their name and birthdate OR the actual child ) this is great for you! YES you can get Children's summer AND pantry in the same week! So if you need food, we are there 1-4 and if you can help, please come! Thank you and please share! ... See MoreSee Less

A HUGE thank you to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, HHFB, our amazing pantry staff, and every volunteer who dedicated their time, strength, and heart over the past 3 days. The amount of hard work that went into receiving, organizing, and distributing food was truly incredible.
We are especially grateful to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for their generous donation of 40,000 pounds of food, which will help feed so many individuals and families in our community.
Thanks to the dedication of everyone involved, we were able to serve 811 people today! This would not have been possible without the teamwork, compassion, and commitment of so many people working together for a common cause.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making a difference and helping us serve our community. ❤️👏
