I know you have been waiting a long time to sign your children up, and the
day has finally come! Please read thru the rules on the application. The no
double dipping is very important, we do check with other gifting services
( like Salvation Army ) to make sure you have not signed up for those as
well.
There are only so many Santas and many, many children.
What to expect from ELF Dispatch? While we attempt to match every child
signed up, sadly not everyone will get a match. There is a risk to signing
up, in that you can’t sign up for another program and there is a
small chance your child will not get a match, all though very low, it
does exist.
Once we have a match for your child, you will receive an email or FB PM
alerting you to the match and when to pick up The head ELF Matches up to
Dec 15.
When you receive your alert, please let us know that you received it!
We will call you if we do not get a confirmation from you.
We strive for “Best Christmas Ever”, but that does not mean
your child will get everything on their list, especially if it is an
expensive item… It is up to the Santa what he or she chooses to do,
some get 3-4 items others go crazy and get 20! Last year, one Santa bough
many things and put them in 1 big box and wrapped it. The parent was not
happy to get only 1 box when they saw everyone else had several. They felt
very bad when it was opened and so much was in that one box. The Elves
have 0 control over what your child gets.
